Box Score PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Taryn Rauff scored a pair of goals but the University of Vermont scored twice in the final four minutes to deal the Bryant University field hockey team a tough 4-2 loss on Sunday afternoon at Providence College's Lennon Field.
Rauff finished the two-game weekend with three goals and now leads the Black and Gold with four on the year.

- Molly Morris was Johnny on the spot as she fired home a loose rebound inside the circle to break a 2-2 tie.
SCORING SUMMARY
- Q1 5:39 - Vermont's Eileen King carried the ball into the circle and fed a wide open Kate Hall for the first goal of the game.
- Q3 31:51 - Rauff received the ball outside the circle and quickly carried it to the left of the cage. Rauff then rifled a shot back across the cage and into the right corner.
- Q3 40:54 - Alina Gerke was able to deflect home a perfect penalty corner, giving the Catamounts a 2-1 lead.
- Q4 53:15 - Bryant tied the game with a penalty corner of its own. Lotte Guitink inserted to Rauff and Rauff's hit was able to find the back of the cage.
- Q4 56:07 - After a controversial whistle, Vermont sent a long hit downfield. Gerke charged along the end line and the ball was kicked out into the circle where Morris was able to slot it home.
- Q4 59:59 - Lydia Maitland closed the scoring, converting a loose ball following a scrum in the circle.
