BROOKLYN, N.Y.  – The Bryant University women's tennis team completed a sweep of its spring break matches, defeating Monmouth and St. Francis Brooklyn.

Bryant swept Monmouth, 7-0, on Sunday before downing St. Francis Brooklyn 6-1 on Monday morning.

How it Happened (Monmouth)

• Bryant swept the doubles point to grab the 1-0 lead.
• In singles play, the Bulldogs won all six matches in straight sets. Leanne Kendall (Lakeville, Mass.) won in dominant fashion at No. 6, 6-0, 6-1.

How it Happened (St. Francis Brooklyn)

• Bryant dominated doubles play, winning all three matches 6-1.
• The Black and Gold then clinched the point, winning at each of the top 4 spots.
• Ada Boru (Boca Raton, Fla.) won in three sets at 1, 5-7, 6-2, 6-3.
• Sarah Hickey (Toronto, Ont.) and Megan Tan (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) won in dominant fashion at 2 and 4.
