BRYANT VOLLEYBALL DROPS PAIR SATURDAY
Bulldogs Fall to Adelphi 0-3 and Dowling

OAKDALE, NY - The Bryant University women's volleyball
team saw its five-match win streak snapped Saturday as the Bulldogs
dropped a pair of non-conference matches at Adelphi (3-0) and
Dowling (3-0) on Saturday. The losses drops the Bulldogs'
record to 15-11 on the season heading into Tuesday's Northeast-10
match at Stonehill College.
Against Adelphi, the Bulldogs were held .024 hitting offensively
as the Panthers won 30-21, 30-28, 32-30. Likica Grceva had 11
kills in the game while Tiffany Garry had 25 assists and 12 digs
defensively. Maureen Atkins had 16 defensive digs while Julie
Geonnotti added eight kills.
In the second match of the day, Dowling limited the Bulldogs to
minus .040 hitting in earning a 3-0 win (30-23, 30-20, 30-20).
Geonnotti had five kills to pace the Bryant attack while
Justyna Michon paced the Golden Lions with 11 kills and four
blocks.
