Today's Game
The Bryant University Bulldogs host the Greyhounds of Assumption College in a Northeast-10 Conference game. This is the first of two meetings this season for these teams. Last season, Assumption defeated the Bulldogs in both meetings.

Game Notes
After winning their first three games, the Bulldogs lost to Franklin Pierce Sunday 75-58 in Rindge, N.H.  Senior guard Joanna Skiba (Providence, R.I.) scored 21 points in the losing cause. Skiba is one point shy of 1,000 in her Bulldog career. She also averages seven assists per game, tops on the team.

Head Coach Mary Burke welcomes seven freshmen to the roster, including starters Kelsey O'Keefe (Warren, Mass.) and Courtney Schermerhorn (Lowell, Mass.). O'Keefe is averaging 12.5 points per game along with five rebounds on average. She led the Bulldogs to a 63-48 victory over Saint Anselm, scoring a team-high 19 points.


Senior Lauren Rubenoff (New Hartford, Conn.) rounds out the projected starting lineup. Rubenoff is second on the team in scoring, averging 14.3 points per game and a team-leading eight rebounds per game. The senior forward posted a double-double at Franklin Pierce, scoring 15 and grabbing 15 boards.

Freshman Kristin Mraz (Johnstown, NY) played 31 minutes off the bench Sunday at the Ravens, scoring seven points.


The Greyhounds of Assumption
Assumption snapped its three-game losing streak Sunday defeating Saint Anselm 75-71 in Manchester, NH. Beth Plasski led the way, scoring 21 points. Plasski leads Assumption with 13.6 points per game. Freshman Kayla Parker made her first start Sunday and averages 10.6 ppoints per game. Charde Floyd is averaging 6.2 rebounds a game, along with 8.4 points. Assumption lost its Northeast-10 opener to Franklin Pierce 70-53 on Nov. 21st.

NEXT UP FOR BRYANT
The Bulldogs will travel to UMass Lowell on Saturday afternoon for a 3:30 p.m. conference matchup.  UMass Lowell ended Bryant's season last year, defeating the Bulldogs 77-67 in the first round of the NCAA Division II Regional Championships. The next home game for the Bulldogs will be Saturday, Dec. 9 against Southern N.H.
