lost 4-1 to Merrimack College Sunday afternoon in North Andover,
Mass.
Manny Rodriguez (North
Branford,
Conn.) scored the only goal for
the Bulldogs, midway through the second half. It was his
team-leading fifth of the season, assisted by Matt Brown
(South Easton,
Mass.) and Matt Amsden
(North Providence,
R.I.).
Alex Bissias
(Harpswell,
ME) stopped one shot before
freshman Nick Nybo
(Ashland,
Mass.) entered late in the game,
making his collegiate debut.
The Bulldogs outshot the Warriors 13-10 and held a 26-14 edge in
fouls.
Bryant (6-4-3, 4-4-3 NE-10) hosts Southern Connecticut Saturday
(1 p.m.) at Bulldog Stadium.
