SMITHFIELD, RI – The Bryant University men's
lacrosse team cruised past Northeast-10 Conference foe Franklin
Pierce 14-2 in a game played today at Bulldog Stadium.
With the win Bryant finishes the regular season 9-5 overall, 8-2
in Northeast-10 play, and finish third in the conference. Franklin
Pierce record falls to 1-10 overall and 1-9 in conference.
Bryant would use a big first quarter to take quick control of
the game - outscoring Franklin Pierce 8-1 over the first 15
minutes. The Bulldogs first three goals would all be unassisted as
Craig Buckhout (South
Salem, NY), Sean
O'Leary
(Worcester,
Mass.) and Jesse Rose
(Port Jefferson,

Bulldogs.
The Ravens would then get their only goal in first half when
Nick Cowden scored an unassisted goal. Bryant would then score the
next 10 goals including three from Andrew Serge
(Albany,
NY) and two goals and two assists
from Adam Smith (Bainbridge
Island WA).
Matt Lovejoy
(Thornton,
PA) and Michael Kennedy
(Port Jefferson,
NY) combined for the win each
playing a half and making seven saves.
