Luke Anderson begins his third year at Bryant University, serving as the Director of New Media. He will be responsible for all video content on BryantBulldogs.com as well as the Bryant Sports Network webcasts. In addition to his video duties, he will also be responsible for updating the Bryant Athletics social media outlets.
Anderson joins the Bulldogs after serving as the Video Operations Assistant at Coastal Carolina during the 2012-13 year. His duties included producing all the webcasts for the Big South Sports Network, producing graphics for LED video boards at football and basketball games and creating highlight videos and promotional videos for the Chanticleers website. Anderson also filmed and directed the Chanticleer Call-In Show with head football coach Joe Moglia and head basketball coach Cliff Ellis, and was the assistant producer for Inside the Clubhouse, a regionally televised show that featured the Coastal Carolina baseball team.
Prior to Coastal Carolina, Anderson worked in the athletics department at the University of Connecticut. He shot in-game video, created website features for UConnHuskies.com and served as the replay and graphics technician at home basketball games inside Gampel Pavilion.
Anderson earned his degree in Sport Management and a minor in Sociology in 2012 from UConn. He worked with the student radio station, 91.7 WHUS, and was also a member of the Sports Business Association.
A native of Suffield, Conn., Anderson currently resides in Smithfield, R.I. and will begin his pursuit of an MBA at Bryant in September of 2014.
