Justin DeSousa begins his second season as an assistant coach with the Bulldogs in the Fall of 2026.
  • 2025: 17-2-3 record, third consecutive AE championship game appearance, Top 10 Final National Ranking, NCAA Sweet 16, highest ranked program in school history.
DeSousa comes to Smithfield following a year and a half at Florida International University, serving as an assistant coach/performance analyst with the women's soccer program.

DeSousa also extensive experience in club soccer, working as a head coach and Academy Director for Miami Athletic Club USL and as a head coach for Hollywood FC.
