Cheri Eleazer will begin her first season as Assistant Coach with the Bulldogs in the 2025-26 season.
Eleazer comes from Wagner College, where she spent the last season as an assistant coach. Before her time with the Seahawks Eleazer was the Assistant Athletic Director and head women's basketball coach at SUNY Maritime from 2021-24. She also worked with the AAU from 2021 to 2024, serving as the head coach for iDream, CT Elite, and Gauchos AAU travel teams.
Before becoming a coach, Eleazer played at the University of Hartford and was a part of the first-ever America East conference title team, and made an NCAA appearance in 2002. After her collegiate days, Eleazer participated in the National Women's Basketball League as a player and Director of Operations from 2004-2006. She was also a member of the Women's Professional Football League from 2008-2018.
