Meredith Kraisser completed her second season as an assistant coach with the Bulldogs in 2025. Kraisser serves as the recruiting coordinator, defensive coordinator and goalie coach.

2025:
Helped lead the Bulldogs to their first America East Regular Season title despite being picked sixth in the preseason poll. Bryant would reach the America East Championship game for the first time as well. Kraisser oversaw a defensive unit that finished second nationally in caused turnovers per game, 31st in ground balls per game and 38th in clear percentage. Under Kraisser's watch, Kaelynn O'Brien had one of the best defensive years in program history, earning America East Defensive Player of the Year honors. She recorded 2.89 caused turnovers per game, setting the Bryant DI single-season record and rankings sixth nationally. Jess Tosone also shined in 2025, ranking eighth nationally in caused turnovers and 17th nationally in ground balls per game.

Before Bryant, Kraisser was with Ferry at Brown University as a volunteer assistant coach. She also has experience coaching at the club level, serving as a coach for Bogue Elite in Emerald Isle, NC.

During her time as a player, Kraisser was a three year starter in goal at Campbell University. The 2017 graduate played in 60 games for the Camels, making 52 starts over her career. Kraisser recorded a season and career high 20 saves against San Diego State (3/6/15), which was the second-most of any Big South goalie for a single game. A New Jersey native, Kraisser was named to the First Team Big South in 2017 to finish out her career.
