As a senior (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in seven meets.
• Helped break the school record in the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays with an overall time of 3:24.96.
• Placed 4th in the 400m at the America East Championships with a time of 48.39... Ran a personal best time of 1:55.35 in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

Indoor:

• Competed in five meets.
• Had a personal best finish of 22.62 in th 200m at the UMass Flagship Invitational..
• Placed second in the 500m at the NEICAAA Championships with a season best time of 1:04.67.

As a junior (2023)

• Participated in the 60, 200, 300, 400, and the 500.
• Placed fourth in the 500 at the Indoor ICA/ECAC with a time of 1:04.33.
• Placed sixth in the 400 with a time of 48.53. 

As a sophomore (2022)

• Earned All-NEC, All-New England, and All-East honors across indoor and outdoor seasons.
• Won NEC gold in the indoor 400 meters.
• Won silver in the 400 at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships.
• Set a program record with a 47.98 in the indoor 400 meters at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, placing fourth.

As a freshman (2021)
Outdoor:

• Enjoyed one of the best rookie seasons in program history.
• All-NEC, NEC All-Rookie and All-East honors.
• Just missed cut for the NCAA Championships.
• Ran the 200 and 400.
• Broke the school record in the 400 in his first collegiate meet with a time of 47.17.
• Won the gold medal in the 400 at the NEC Championships.
• Also helped 4x400 relay win gold.
• Finished second in the 400 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
• Helped 4x400 relay to a third-place finish.
• Earned All-East honors in both.
• Won five individual events on the year.

Before Bryant

• A three-year varsity letterwinner in track & field at Glastonbury High School under head coach Mark Alexander.
• Helped his team become Class LL State Champions in 2019.
• Holds personal-bests in the 100m (11.14), 200m (22.58), 300m (36.00), 400m (48.77).
• Holds school records in the 300m, 400m, 4x200, and 4x400.
• Won the Class LL State Champion in 2019 in the 400m.
• Named All-Courant Boys Outdoor Track & Field in the 400m in 2019.
• Named both All-New England and All-State for boys outdoor track & field in both the 400m and the 4x400m as a junior.
• Recipient of the Athletic Achievement Award Best in Track Sprints in 2019.
• Helped his high school team become Central Connecticut Conference Champion in boys outdoor track & field.
• Achieved High Honor Roll in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
• The National Honors Society of High School Scholars Nominee in 2019.
• Member of Key Club.
• Volunteered as a leader of Big Brother/Big Sister Club.
