  • Bryant University Men's Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
  • Bryant Men's Track and Field Bulldog Award.
  • Competed in six meets.
  • Broke the school record in the men's 5,000m with a time of 13:56.97 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
  • Broke the school record and ran the fastest 10K time in America East history at the conference championship to win the gold.
  • Won bronze in the 5,000m at the America East Championships with a time of 14:17.19.
Indoor:
  • Did not compete.

As a junior (2024)
Outdoor:

  • Competed in six meets.
  • Broke the program record in the 1,500m in the team's outdoor season opener at Charleston Southern.
  • Became the first Bulldog to run a sub 14 minute 5,000m when he broke the school record at the Friar Invitational I13:59.58).
  • Took home two medals at the America East Outdoor Championships.
  • Won the silver in the 10,000m (31:28.15) and the bronze in the 5,000m (14:24.09).

Indoor:

  • Competed in five meets.
  • Broke the school record in the mile at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 4:05.30.
  • Broke the program record in the 5,000m with a time of 14:28.20 at the NEICAAA Championship.
  • Helped break the school record and take home the silver medal in the distance medley relay at the America East Indoor Championships with a time of 9:48.21.
  • Won the bronze in the 3,000m at the conference championships with a time of 8:22.06.


As a sophomore (2023)

  • Competed in the 800, 1500, 3000, and the mile.
  • Placed second in the 1500 at the Black & Gold Invitational with a time of 3:53.65.
  • Set personal bests in the 800 and 3000 with times of 1:55.83 and 8:09.60.

As a freshman (2022)

  • Earned All-New England honors in the indoor 3000 meters.
  • Placed fifth in the 5000 meters at the NEC Indoor Championships.
  • Ranks third in program history in the 3000, with a time of 8:32.93.
