Biography
As a freshman (2025)
Outdoor:
- Competed in eight meets.
- Recorded a personal best throw of 12.69m in the shot put at the Bison Outdoor Classic, ranking fourth all-time at Bryant.
- Posted a mark of 36.95m in the discus at the Black & Gold Invitational, placing ninth all-time in program history.
- Threw a personal best of 47.61m in the hammer at the America East Championships, ranking fourth all-time.
Indoor:
- Competed in eight meets.
- Posted a season-best mark of 12.59m in the shot put at the Flagship Invitational, placing her fifth all-time in program history.
- Recorded a PR of 13.96m in the weight throw at the America East Championships, ranking ninth all-time at Bryant.
Before Bryant:
- 2020-2021 & 2021-2022 Basketball Section Champ
- 2021 & 2022 Swimming and Diving Section Champ
- 2021 & 2023 Outdoor Shot Put Section champ
- 2022 Outdoor Shot Put runner up and Discus 3rd place

Personal:
- Daughter of James and Kristen Anastos
- Has three siblings, Vasilia, Strati, and Zoi.
- Mother, Kristen, played soccer at FIU from 1993-1997.
- Vasilia competed in basketball at Hartwick College in 2022.
