Outdoor:

• Competed in five meets.
• Recorded a PR of 58.48 in the 400m at the Buc Open.
• Ran a season best time of 4:13.08 in the 1,500m at the UMass Pre-Conference Invitational.
• Ran a season best time of 16:47.52 in the 5,000m at the Ocean State Cup.
• Ran a season best time of 32:43.95 in the 10,000m at the Black and Gold Invitational.

• Competed in four meets.
• Ran a season best time of 9:10.76 in the 3,000m at the BU Terrier Invitational.
• Posted a PR of 15:40.86 in the 5,000m at the River Hawk Invite.

As a sophomore (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in five meets.
• Ran a personal best time of 4:09.69 in the 1,500m at the UNH Pre-Conference Invitational.
• Set a PR in the 5,000m at the Black and Gold Invitational with a time of 15:45.20.
• Made his 10,000m debut at the Black and Gold Invitational and finished with a time of 32:24.41, he would then improve by 18 seconds and run a personal best time of 32:06.30 at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

Indoor:

• Competed in four meets.
• Ran a personal best time of 9:10.28 in the 3,000m at the URI Coaches Invite.
• Set a PR of 15:52.53 in the 5,000m at the America East Indoor Championships.

As a freshman (2023)

• Participated in the 1500, 3000, 5000, mile, and two mile.
• Placed fifth in the 5000 against UMass (16:06.42).
• Posted top times in the two-mile (9:56.54), 1500 (4:15.05), 3000 (9:21.18), and the mile with a time of 4:47.90.

Before Bryant: 

• Named conference all-star for both track and cross country.
• 2021 Boston Globe cross country all-star.
• Three-time coaches' award winner.
• Competed at state cross country meet as a senior.
• Team captain.
