Biography
As a freshman (2025):
Outdoor:
- Competed in six meets.
- Ran a personal best of 2:24.34 in the 800m at the America East Championship.
- Also recorded a PR of 2:25.54 in the event at the UMass Pre-Conference Invitational and 2:30.54 at the Black & Gold Invitational.
Indoor:
- Competed in four meets.
- Ran a personal best of 3:24.32 in the 1000m at the Wheaton Invitational.
- Also clocked a PR of 5:37.23 in the mile at the Alden Invite and 6:02.22 in the mile at the River Hawk Invitational.
Before Bryant:
- Four year member of varsity track and field team.
- 4x All-State Cross Country
- 8th Place at State Championship Meet
- Member of the 2021 4x800 state championship team.
- 4th Place finish in the 1000m at the 2023 indoor state championship.
Personal:
- Daughter of Jason and Patti Bettez.
- Has two siblings, Jason and Andrew.
- Father, Jason, earned an MBA from from in 2007.
- Went to the same high school as Philip Simas Jr..
