Indoor Track & Field - Earned a third-place in the 1000m with a season-best time of 3:22.5 at the MIT Invitational ... Recorded her top time in the mile run at the USATF-NE Championships, finishing 26th with a time of 5:39.1 ... Competed in the 800m at the NEC Championships, finishing 19th with a season-best time of 2:27.8. Outdoor Track & Field - Recorded a season-best time of 5:13.9 in the 1500m at the Skyhawk Invitational ... Earned a top-10 finish at the Stony Brook Quad Meet, finishing ninth in the 800m with a time of 2:31.1 ... Before Bryant: A 2011 graduate of Brunswick High School, Jensen was on the varisty team all four years in indoor/outdoor track and field hockey ... Also played varsity lacrosse freshman year ... Varsity lettered all four years in indoor/outdoor track and field hockey ... Led teams to four striaght KVAC championships, as well as a state title in both lacrosse and track ... Honor student. 

Personal: The daughter of Colleen and Erick Jensen, Kyia Jensen was born on Feb. 9, 1993 ... Her father Erick, wrestled for four years at Michigan State University ... Has three brothers Stefan, Jared, and Christian ... Plans to major in marketing at Bryant.
