As a graduate student (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in ten meets.
• Broke the in the shot put in the team's outdoor season opener at Charleston Southern with a throw of 14.85m.
• Placed 4th at the America East Outdoor Championships with throw of 14.44m.
• Placed second at the NEICAAA Championships with a throw of 14.43m.

Indoor:

• Competed in eight meets.
• Broke the school record and took home the bronze medal in the shot put after throwing 14.85m.

As a senior (2023)
Outdoor:

• America East Champion in the shot put.
• 1st in the shot at the Black and Gold Invite.
• PR and a 1st-place finish in the shot (14.47m) at the UMass Flagship Opener.

Indoor:

• New England champion in the shot put.
• Place 3rd in the shot at the Alden Invite.
• Won the shot at the Bryant throws event.
• 2nd in the shot at the URI Invite.
• 5th in the shot at the America East Championships.
• 6th at the IC4A/ECAC.

As a junior (2022)

• Won bronze in the shot put at the NEC Outdoor Championships with a distance of 12.17 meters.
• Had the team's second-best throws during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
• Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a sophomore (2021)
Outdoor:

• Became first female thrower to medal at the NEC Championships, finishing second and earning All-NEC honors.
• Shattered school record in the shot put that had stood since 2004, recording a throw of 13.29m at the Merrimack Invite.
• Also finished 12th in the hammer at the NECs.
• Finished 8th in the shot at the NEICAAA Championship.
• Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a freshman: 

• Had a standout rookie season as a thrower for the Bulldogs. 

Indoor:

• Threw shot put and weight throw across eight meets during her rookie season
• Had breakout performances at the Gordon Kelly Invitational with a pair of PRs that ranks her in Bryant’s Top-10 Record Book
• Set a PR of 12.49m in shot put for a first-place overall finish and now ranks third all-time
• Ranks eighth all-time in weight throw with a 13.24m PR and an eighth-place overall finish
• Finished ninth overall in shot put at the NEC Indoor Championship with a 12.02m mark
• Named to both the winter and spring NEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll for earning a GPA of 3.75 or higher.

Before Bryant

• A two-year varsity letter winner in indoor/outdoor track and field.
• Helped her team become League Dual Meet and League Meet Champions
•  As a junior, became an EPC and District XI Champion in shot put
• Earned First Team All-Area honors.

• Daughter of Cynthis and Jon Thomas.
• Has two brothers, Alexander and Zachariah.
