As a junior (2025)
Outdoor:

• Competed in six meets.
• Helped break the DMR school record at the Penn Relays with a combined time of 9:56.36.
• Posted a personal best time of 3:57.07 in the 1,500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
• PR'd in the 2,000m steeplechase with a time of 6:20.60 at the Buc Open.
• Clocked a personal best time of 9:30.33 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the America East Championships, second best time in school history.
• Ran a personal best time of 14:43.44 in the 5,000m at the Ocean State Cup, second best time in school history.

• Competed in five meets.
• Clocked a PR of 1:57.78 in the 800m at the URI Coaches Invite.
• Recorded a personal best time of 4:17.34 in the mile at the River Hawk Invite.
• PR'd in the 3,000m at the BU Terrier Invitational with a time of 8:30.09.
• Jumped from ninth all-time to third all-time in the 3,000m. 

As a sophomore (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in eight meets.
• Broke the school record in the 2,000m steeplechase with a time of 6:32.48.
• Helped break the school record in the 4x800m at the America East Championships with an overall time of 7:40.29.
• Set a PR in the 1,500m with a time of 3:57.91 at the George Davis Invitational.
• Ran a personal best 9:50.38 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the America East Outdoor Championships.
• Set a personal best time of 8:38.20 in th 3,000m at the Friar Invitational.

Indoor:

• Competed in six meets.
• Had a personal best time of 2:31.35 in the 1,000m at the NEICAAA Championships.
• Set a PR of 8:44.04 in the 3,000m at the Terrier Invitational.
• Ran 4:30.57 in the mile at the URI Invitational.

As a freshman (2023)

• Competed in the 800, 1500, 3000, and the mile.
• Set a personal best in the 1500 with a time of 3:58.78 at the America East Championships.
• Placed fifth against UMass in the 800 (1:55.68).
• Posted a top time of 8:48.43 in the 3000 at the AE Indoor Championships.

Before Bryant: 

• Team captain, all-conference, all-state, and All-New England selection at Guilford High.
• Set school records in 4x800 and sprint medley relay.
• Helped cross country team to four straight division titles.

Personal: 

• Parents are Kim and Glenn Shiffrin.
• Has one sibling, Jacob.
