Outdoor: 

• Competed in eight meets for the Black and Gold.
• Qualified for back-to-back NCAA First Rounds for the first time in program history.
• Earned first place in the Jaylin Rainford Invitational 10k with a time of 33:38.32.
• Earned second place in the Ocean State Cup 5k.
• Earned third place in the 5k at the Buccaneer Invite.
• Earned two medals at the America East Championship.
  • First place in the 10k with a time of 33:41.34.
  • Third place in the 5k with a time of 16:57.93.

Indoor:

• Competed in seven meets.
• Ran the sixth-fastest mile in program history, clocking a time of 4:58.22 at the Valentine Invitational.
• Earned first place in the Crimson Open 3k, finishing with a time of 9:30.15.
• Earned the gold medal in the NEICAAA Championship 5k, clocking in at 16:42.59.
• Recorded two personal records at the America East Championship.
  • Earned the bronze medal with a time of 9:27.15 in the 3k (second all-time).
  • Earned the bronze medal with a time of 16:15.54 in the 5k (second all-time).

As a Junior (2025):
Outdoor:

• Competed in five meets.
• Her and Chloe Whiting to became the first women in Division I Program history to qualify for the NCAA Track and Field First Round. (Trott competed in the 10,000m)
• Ran a school-record 33:35.17 in the 10,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
• Also recorded a personal best of 16:16.54 in the 5000m at the Penn Relays, ranking second all-time at Bryant.
• Took the silver in the 5,000m at the America East Championships with a time of 16:45.81.
• Got the bronze in the 10K with a time of 36:45.01.

Indoor:

• Competed in four meets.
• Ran a personal best of 9:33.68 in the 3000m at the America East Championships, ranking second all-time and claiming the silver medal.
• Also took home the silver in the 5,000m with a time of 16:25.58.
• Also recorded a time of 4:57.33 in the mile at the same meet, ranking fifth all-time at Bryant.
• Ran on the 4x400m relay team that posted a time of 4:06.97 at the River Hawk Invitational.

As a Sophomore (2024):

• Competed in six meets
• Broke the school record in the 10,000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (35:06.92) and earned the silver medal in the event at the America East Outdoor Championships.

• Competed in four meets
• Broke the school record in the 3,000m at the URI Invitational (9:48.76).

As a First-Year (2023):
Outdoor

• PR and 1st-place in the 10,000 (36:07.48) at the Black and Gold Invite.
• PR in the 1500 (4:42.02) at the UMass Flagship Opener.
• PR in the 3000 (9:54.31) at the George Davis Invite.
• Earned silver medal in the 10,000 at the America East Championships.
• Finished 5th in the 5000.
• PR and a 4th-place finish in the 5000 (17:06.55) at New Englands.

Indoor:

• Won the 3000 in the her first collegiate indoor meet.
• PR in the mile (5:07.59) at the URI Invite.
• Helped DMR finish 3rd at the Terrier Classic.
• Placed 3rd in the 5000 at New Englands.
• Placed 9th in the 3000 at the America East Championships.
• Helped DMR finish 9th at IC4A/ECAC.

Before Bryant: 

• Champion in Yorkshire 3k and Northern Track 5k Championships in 2022.
• Ranked ninth among under-20 females in 5k in 2022.
• Set personal bests of 9:52 (3k) and 17:21 (5k).

Personal: 

• Daughter of Susan and Paul Trott.
• Has one sibling, Katie.
