Biography

Joined Bulldogs as a 5th Year transfer after spending the previous four seasons at Bates College.
As a fifth year (2025 at Bryant)
Outdoor:
  • Competed in seven meets.
  • Threw a personal best of 15.24m in the shot put at the America East Championships, ranking fourth all-time at Bryant.
  • Also recorded a mark of 49.50m in the hammer throw at the same meet, ranking fourth all-time.
  • Posted a top discus mark of 39.35m at the George Davis Invitational.

Indoor:

  • Did not compete during the indoor season.
As a senior (2024 at Bates)
Outdoor:
  • Placed 2nd in the shot put at the NESCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a throw of 15.90m
  • Placed second in the hammer throw at the Maine State Pine Tree Classic with a throw of 51.57m.
Indoor: 
  • Placed first in the weight throw at the Colby Invitational with a distance of 17.28m.
As a junior (2023 at Bates)
Outdoor:
  • Set a personal record in the shot put with a top effort of 50-11.5 (15.53m) at the Open New England Championships (May 13).
  • Finished eighth in the shot put with a top throw of 48-8.75 (14.85m) at the New England Division III Championships (May 6).
  • Finished fourth in the shot put at 46-11.5 (14.31m) and sixth in the hammer throw at 155-4 (47.35m) at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).
  • Took second in the shot put at 48-1.25 (14.66m), third in the discus at 134-3 (40.91m) and third in the hammer throw at 159-0 (48.47m) at the Maine State Classic (April 22).
  • Placed third in the shot put at 49-2.5 (15.00m) and seventh in the hammer throw with a personal-record heave of 159-10 (48.71m) at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).
  • Finished third in the shot put (46-11.75), fifth in the hammer throw (148-3), and eighth in the discus throw (125-7) at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).
  • Won the shot put (46-7.5) and placed second in both the discus (126-6) and the hammer throw (155-6) at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).
Indoor: 
  •  Earned All-Region honors in the weight throw and the shot put.
  • Placed seventh in the shot put with a top throw of 48-2.75 at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25).
  • Turned in his season-best indoor shot put performance at the Bates Invitational in January, with a top effort of 49-11.25 (15.22m), good for third place.
  • Goff's best weight throw this season came at the Maine State Meet in February, where he threw the weight 52-3.75 (15.94m), good for second place.
As a sophomore (2022 at Bates)
Outdoor:
  • Took third in the shot put (46-0.75), fourth in the discus (personal record 135-9), and sixth in the hammer throw (144-2) at the Silfen Invitational (April 15-16). 
Indoor:
  • Earned All-Region honors in the weight throw (52-11.5) and the shot put (50-4.75).
  • Named the Walter Slovenski Men's Field Performer of the Meet for taking second in the shot put (49-8.25) and fifth in the weight throw (personal record 52-11.5) at the New England Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26).
  • Won the shot put (50-1.75) and finished finished third in the weight throw (51-9.25) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18-19).
  • Won the shot put with a then personal-record throw of 50-4.75 (15.36m) and took third in the weight throw (52-7.25) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).
As a freshman (2021 at Bates)
Outdoor:
  • Placed third in the shot put (44-2.5), sixth in the hammer throw (133-8), and seventh in the discus (120-5) at the Tufts Invitational (May 8).
  • Placed third in the hammer (142-7), third in the shot put (44-11), and fourth in the discus (121-6) at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).
  • Placed fourth in the hammer (personal record 145-1), shot put (44-4.25), and discus (125-5) in his collegiate debut at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).
Indoor:
  • Season canceled due to COVID-19.

  • 2020 graduate of Scarborough (Maine) High School where he competed in track & field and soccer.
