Outdoor:

Competed in nine meets.
Ran a personal best time of 48.76 in the 400m at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Helped break the school record in the sprint medley relay at the Penn Relays (3:24.96).

Indoor:

Competed in six meets.
Set a personal best time of 7.30 at the 60m dash at the URI Coaches Invite.
Had a PR in the 200m at the NEICAAA Championships (22.55).
Helped win the silver medal at the America East Indoor Championships in the distance medley relay (9:48.21).

As a junior (2023)

Competed in the 100, 200, 300, 400, and the 400H.
Set a personal best in the 400H at the America East Championships with a time of 54.74 (sixth).
Finished third at the AE Indoor Championships in the 400 with a time of 48.83.

As a sophomore (2022)

Placed fifth in the 4x400 relays at the NEC Indoor Championships, helping the team to a time of 3:18.38..
Also was part of the winning 4x400 team at Brown's Alden Invitational.

As a freshman (2021)
Outdoor:

Ran the 100, 200, 400, 4x100 and 4x400.
Part of 4x400 relay that won gold at the NEC Championships, setting a new school record.
4x400 relay team also earned All-East honors with a third-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
4x100 relay team finished ninth at the event.
Finished 7th in the 400 at the NECs.
Won the 200 vs LIU and Merrimack with a season-best time of 23.19.
Also posted a top time of 11.48 in the 100.

Before Bryant

A two-year varsity letterwinner for the track & field team at Christian Brothers Academy under head coach Karl Torchia.
Helped his high school squad become the number one ranks high school boys track & field team in the state of New Jersey.
Holds the school record in the indoor 4x200, ranks second all-time in the outdoor 4x400m and outdoor 4x200, and ranks third all-time in the indoor 4x400m.
Ranks sixth all-time at his high school in the indoor 400m.
Holds personal-bests in the 200m (22.1), 300m (36.6), and 400m (49.4).
Graduated high school with second honors.
Volunteered at LunchBreak and Delicious Orchards in New Jersey.
