• Competed in five meets.
• Ran a personal best of 5:03.75 in the 1500m at the UMass Invite.
• Also recorded a time of 19:16.91 in the 5000m at the Ocean State Cup.

Indoor:

• Competed in five meets.
• Ran a personal best of 3:18.61 in the 1000m at the Wheaton Invitational.
• Also clocked 5:27.07 in the mile at the URI Coaches Invitational and 5:30.67 in the mile at the River Hawk Invitational.

As a freshman (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in four meets.
• Had a personal best time of 4:52.16 in the 1,500m at the Black and Gold Invitational.
• Set a PR of 18:55.43 in the 5,000m at the UMass Flagship Opener.

Indoor:

• Competed in four meets.
• Ran a personal best time of 3:05.22 in the 1,000m at the UMass Flagship Opener.
• Had a personal best time of 5:09.14 in the mile at the Terrier Invitational.

• Five year member of varsity cross country and track teams.
•  All-State, Women’s Cross-Country, 2019, 2020, 2021.
• Worcester Telegram and Gazette, Fall All-Star, 2019, 2020.
• Metro-West Daily News, Fall All-Star, 2019.
• Posted personal best times of 19:19 (5k), 11:47 (2 mile), and 5:36 (1 mile).
• Served as class president from 2019-2023.
• Member of DECA Executive Board from 2019-2023.

• Daughter of Laura and Dave Nadolski.
• Has one sibling, Kate.
• Mother, Laura, ran cross country at Assumption.
