As a First-Year (2026):
Outdoor:
- Competed in seven meets for the Black and Gold.
- Started the outdoor season with a triple jump win at the Buccaneer Invite, recording a mark of 11.82m.
- Earned the gold at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational, recording a long jump of 5.85m.
- Recorded the all-time high jump school record at the Ocean State Cup, reaching a mark of 1.62m.
- Earned first place in the Ocean State Cup triple jump, recording a mark of 11.95m.
- Recorded the second-farthest triple jump in school history at the Penn Relays, earning a season-high of 12.01m.
Indoor:
- Competed in seven meets.
- Finished the indoor season as the undisputed all-time school record holder in the women's long jump and triple jump. Additionally, Goulas holds the second-best women's high jump in school history.
- Recorded the long jump school record at the America East Championship, earning the silver medal with a mark of 5.95m.
- Recorded the triple jump school record at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships, earning the gold medal with a mark of 12.33m.
- Recorded the second-best high jump in school history at the URI Invitational, earning a mark of 1.65m.
