Bryant University

As a junior (2025)
Outdoor:

• America East Women's Most Outstanding Track Performer
• Bryant University Co-Female Athlete of the Year.
• Competed in seven meets.
• Her and Jasmine Trott became the first two women in Division I Program history to qualify for the NCAA First Round. Whiting qualified in the 5,000m.
• Whiting finished 20th overall at the NCAAs after being seeded 23rd. She posted a school record time of 15:51.38, placing her 8th in her heat.
• Ran a the school-record time of 15:51.97 in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational becoming the first woman in school history to run a sub 16 minute 5K.
• Won the gold in the 5K at the America East Championships with a time of 16:45.72.
• Also recorded a personal best of 36:44.91 in the 10,000m at the America East Championships to claim the silver, ranking fourth all-time at Bryant.

Indoor:

• America East Women's Indoor Track and Field Performer of the Year.
• America East Most Outstanding Female Track Performer.
• America East Coaches' Award.
• Ranked 49th in the nation in the women's 5K on Feb. 3.
• Named America East Female Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 4.
• Competed in five meets.
• Ran a personal best of 9:28.56 in the 3000m at the America East Championships to win the gold, ranking fifth all-time at Bryant.
• Won gold in the 5K at the America East Championships with a time of 16:17.69.
• Also clocked 5:07.00 in the mile at the River Hawk Invitational.
• Ran on the distance medley relay that set a school record of 11:45.38 at the BU Valentine Invitational.

As a sophomore (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in six meets.
• Recorded a personal best time of 4:44.10 in the 1,500m at the Charleston Southern Invitational.
• Placed 7th in the 5,000m at the America East Outdoor Championships with a personal best time of 17:23.81.
• Placed 6th in the conference championships in the 10,000m with a personal best time of 37:19.70.

Indoor:

• Competed in four meets.
• Ran a personal best time of 5:03.48 in the mile at the UMass Flagship Opener.
• Set a PR of 10:02.81  and placed 7th in the 3,000m at the America East Indoor Championships.

As a freshman (2023)

• Participated in multiple events for Bryant.
• Earned fifth in the 3000m (10:46.11) at the URI Invitational.
• Place ninth at the 2023 UMass-Lowell George Davis Invitational in the 3000m (10:31.90).
• Finished ninthe at the America East Outdoor Championships in the 5000m (18:22.25) and thirteenth in 1500m (4:48.17).
• Ended the season by placing sixteenth overall at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

As a freshman (2022)

• Did not appear in a meet

Before Bryant: 

• Five year member of varsity track team.
• Placed second at New Balance Outdoor Nationals as aleg of the 800m DMR.
• Placed first in counties in the 1600m during  senior season while also placing in the 800m.
• Named first team all-county and first team all-conference.
• Graduated with a 4.3 GPA.

Personal: 

• Daughter of Debbie and Henry Whiting.
• Has two siblings, Courtney and Caroline.
