As a senior (2025)

Outdoor:

• Competed in eight meets.
• Recorded a personal best throw of 45.92m in the hammer at the George Davis Invitational.
• Threw 33.18m in the discus at the Ocean State Cup for her top mark of the season.

Indoor:

• Competed in six meets.
• Recorded a season-best throw of 15.11m in the weight throw at the URI Coaches Invitational.
• Also threw 13.24m in the weight throw at Bryant Throws and 13.16m at the River Hawk Invitational.

As a junior (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in eight meets.
• Finished outdoor season as team's top performer in the hammer throw.
• Had a personal best throw of 47.48m at the UNH Pre-Conference Invitational.
• Finished 8th at the America East Championships with a throw of 46.66m.

Indoor:

• Competed in eight meets.
• Finished the indoor season as the team's top performer in the women's weight throw.
• Had a personal best finish of 15.32m in the event at the Bryant Throws Competition.

As a sophomore (2023)
Outdoor:

• Personal best of 46.76m in the hammer at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
• Finished 12th in the hammer and 19th in the discus at the America East Championships.
• Competed in the hammer at the New England Championships.

Indoor:

• Personal best of 15.19m in the weight throw at the Alden Invite.
• Placed fourth in the weight at the URI Invite.
• Placed 8th at the America East Championships.

As a freshman (2022)

• Earned NEC all-rookie honors in the hammer throw for the outdoor season.
• Threw a personal best 45.88 meters to place fifth in the event at the NEC Championships.

Before Bryant:

• Three year member of Cardinal Gibbons track team.
•  Also played one year at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
• 2019 AAU Junior Olympic Regional Qualifier.
• 2018 Scholar Athlete of the Year... Varsity track captain in 2019.
• Set personal bests in hammer throw (42.46 meters), weight throw (13.64 meters), shotput (10.06 meters), and discus (30.02 meters).

Personal: 

• Daughter of Caren and John Bock.
• Has three siblings, Brittany, Ashley, and John II.
• Father John played football at University of Louisville.
