As a Graduate Student (2024):
Outdoor:

  • Competed in seven meets.
  • Broke the school in the women's 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 2:10.16.
  • Won the gold at the America East Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:12.51.
  • Helped shatter the school record in the women's 4x800m relay with an overall time of 9:06.11.


Indoor:

  • Competed in seven meets.
  • Broke the school record in the women's 500m at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 1:13.30.
  • Won the gold medal at the America East  Indoor Championships in the 800m with a personal best time of 2:13.13.
  • Helped set the school record in the women's 4x400 m relay with an overall time of 3:49.01.


Joined Bulldogs as Grad Transfer after spending previous four seasons with Elon University

As a senior (2023 at Elon)
Outdoor: 

  • Ran both the 800 and the 1600 relay at the CAA Championships.
  • In the 800, recorded a personal-best time of 2:14.99 at High Point’s Meet of Champions.
  • Ran 2:16.32 in the 800 at the CAA Championships to place 15th.
  • Part of the 1600 relay team that finished seventh at the CAA Championships in 3:47.87.
  • The team was as fast as 3:41.99 at the Raleigh Relays, breaking the school record in the process.
  • Also ran a 3:44.03 in the 1600 relay, the fifth-fastest in school history, placing first at High Point’s Meet of Champions in the process.
  • Ran the 400 in 56.31 at the Aggie Classic

Indoor:

  • Ran the 400, the 1600 relay and the distance medley relay at the CAA Championships.
  • Member of the 1600 relay team that finished fourth at the CAA Championships in 3:48.53.
  • Team was as quick as 3:47.92 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational, the fourth-best time in school history.
  • Also placed fourth in the CAA Championships in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:06.86, eighth-fastest in program history.
  • Placed 12th in the 400 at the CAA Championships with a time of 57.01 seconds.
  • Ran the non-traditional 500 in 1:15.44 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational, third-fastest in program history.
  • Had a season-best time of 2:17.38 in the 800 at the JDL DMR Invitational 


As a junior (2022 at Elon)
Outdoor: 

  • Helped the Phoenix's 4x400-meter relay team to an event title at the CAA Championships with the sixth-fastest time in school history with a time of 3:45.31.
  • Set a new personal-record in the 400-meters with a time of 56.12 at the Aggie Classic.
  • Finished sixth overall in the 400-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 57.08. 

Indoor:

  • Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the event title at the 2022 ECAC Indoor Championships with a school-record time of 3:43.57.
  • Set a new personal-record in the 400-meters with a time of 55.63 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
  • Won the 400-meters at the Winter Relays with a time of 57.67.

As a sophomore  (2021 at Elon)
Outdoor:

  • Earned All-CAA as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team, who finished as the runner-up at the CAA Championships with a time of 3:47.36.
  • Ran a season-best time of 56.82 in the 400-meters at the CAA Championships and finished sixth.
  • Finished third overall in the 400-meters at the JMU Invitational with a time of 57.33.

Indoor:

  • Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

As a freshman (2020 at Elon)
Outdoor:

  • Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor:

  • Posted a season-best time of 56.97 in the 400-meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge and was fourth overall.
  • Clocked a season-best time of 25.73 in the 200-meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
  • Finished first in the 400-meters at the JDL College Team Challenge with a time of 57.33.


Before Bryant

  • Competed at St. Mary Academy Bay View High School under head coach Lacey Craker.
  • Was the Rhode Island state champion in the 400-meters and the 200-meters in 2018.
  • Placed second in the 400-meters at the Rhode Island state meet in 2016, 2017 and 2019.
  • Earned the state championship in the 300-meters in 2019.
  • Named the Rhode Island Most Valuable Sprinter in 2018.
  • Set the indoor school-record in the 200 and 300 in 2019.

Personal:

  • Daughter of Manny and Wanda Barrows.
  • Father played basketball at Bryant University.
