As a senior (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in four meets.
• Had a season best finish of 2:23.32 in the 800m at the America East Outdoor Championships.

As a junior (2023)
Outdoor:

• Placed 3rd in the 4x400 at the Black and Gold Invite.
• PR Of 2:20.34 in the 800 at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
• PR of 1:02.23 in the 400 at the UMass Pre-Championship.
• Part of 4x800 that finished 6th at the America East Championships.
• Finished 6th in the 4x800 at New Englands. 

Indoor:

• Finished 2nd in the 4x400 at the Alden Invite.
• Ran the 500 at New Englands.
• PR of 1:20.78 in the 500 at the America East Championships.
• Placed 4th in the 4x800.
• Ran with the 4x800 relay at the IC4A/ECAC.

As a sophomore (2022)

• Placed fifth in the distance medley relay at the NEC Indoor Championships.
• Recorded team's second-best times in the 500 and 800 meters.
• Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a freshman (2021)
Outdoor:

• Competed in the 400 and 800.
• Posted top times of 1:04.96 and 2:23.18.
• Part of 4x800 relay that finished first in tri-meet with AIC and Brown .Ran in the 800 at the NEICAAA Championships, finishing 17th ... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

Before Bryant

• A four-year varsity letter winner in track & field at Morris Hills High School under head coach Claire Herman.
• Set personal-bests of 2:21.34 in the 800m and 5:31.61 in the 1600m.
• Also a member of the high school girls soccer team.
• Recipient of the Excelsior Award for earning high honor roll four times and the Presidential Award.
• Member of the National Honors Society, National Art Honor Society, National Social Studies Honor Society, and National English Honor Society.
• Volunteered as a photographer for her church. 

Personal

• Daughter of Ellen and Steve Kairys.
• Has one brother, Kyle.
• Mom, Ellen, is an alumnus of Bryant and was part of the class of 1986.
