Bryant University

As a senior (2024)
Outdoor:

• Competed in seven meets.
• Recorded a personal best time of 9:54.88 in the two mile at the George Davis Invitational.

Indoor:

• Competed in five meets.
• Ran a personal best time of 2:46.70 in the 1,000m at the URI Invitational.

As a junior (2023)

• Participated in the 400, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, and the mile.
• Recorded a personal best and placed fifth in the 500 against URI (1:09.38).
• Posted a top time in the 1000 with a time of 2:47.53.

As a sophomore (2022)

• Placed sixth in the 800 meters at the NEC Outdoor Championships.
• Placed seventh, earned All-East honors in the indoor 4x800 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships.
• Helped set school record in the 4x800 (7:40.24).

As a freshman (2021)
Outdoor:

• Ran the 800, 1500, mile and 4x800.
• Part of 4x800 relay team that earned All-East honors at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
• Competed in the 1500 at the NEICAAA Championships, finishing 22nd.
• Posted top times of 1:58.61 (800), 4:09.50 (1500) and 4:36.64 (mile).

Before Bryant

• A varsity letterwinner in both cross country and track & filed at Pawling High School under head coach Adam Muroski.
• Named All-State, All-League, and All-County in both cross country and track & field.
• Earned All-Section in track & field.
• Earned both a Section 1 and Class C Championship in track & field.
• Hold personal-bests in the 400m (50.00), 800m (1:58), 1600m (4:34), and the 3 mile (15:48).
• Earned Honor Roll during his high school academic career.
• Member of National Honors Society, Peer Leadership Club, and Interact Club.
