As a sophomore: Enjoyed another outstanding season as Bryant’s top diver … Won the 1 meter dive against Keene St., at the URI Invite and against Rhode Island … Also won the 3 meter dive against the Rams … Recorded a school-record point total in the 1 meter dive against URI with 260.47 points … Finished ninth in the 1 meter dive (248.25) and 14th in the 3 meter dive (195.35) at the MAAC Championships ... Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

As a freshman: Became Bryant's first male diver in 2012-13 ... Posted season-high point totals in the 1 meter dive at Providence (256) and in the 3 meter dive at Brown (252.39) ... Finished 10th in the 1 meter and 13th in the 3 meter at the MAAC Championships ... Won the 1 meter and finished second in the 3 meter against Holy Cross.

Before Bryant: Four-year varsity letter winner at Lyman Hall in Wallingford, Conn. … Set school records in the 6- and 11-meter dives … Received All-America consideration during his senior season … Also earned all-state, All-SCC and all-area recognition at Sheehan … Record-Journal Scholar Athlete … Also a four-year varsity letter winner in tennis … Earned high honors every semester … National Honor Society member.

Personal: The son of Edwin and Colleen Makepeace, Conor Brent Makepeace was born on Oct. 16, 1993 … Has one brother, Tyler, and one sister, Kaitlyn … Brother, Tyler, is a diver at Colgate University.
