As a senior: Competed mainly in the 100 and 200 back in his final season at Bryant ... Earned three total top-three finishes on the year ... Shattered his personal best in the 200 back at the MAAC Championships ... Posted a time of 1:52.69, the first time he's swam under 2:00 ... Also posted personal-best time in the 100 back (53.04).

As a junior: Competed in five events in his third season with Bryant ... Swam mainly the 100 and 200 back ... Earned a first-place finish in the 100 back against URI on Dec. 6 ... Posted his fastest time in the 100 back at the MAAC Championships, finishing 12th with a time of 52.74 ... Swam his fastest time in the 200 back at the MAAC Championships as well, finishing 11th with a time of 1:55.87 ... Both times are career bests.

As a sophomore: Competed in seven events for the Bulldogs in his second season … Mainly focused in the 100 and 200 back … Finished 13th in the 200 back at the MAAC Championships (1:56.00) and 15th in the 400 IM (4:18.79) … Had a season best time (58.32) in the 100 back against Brown.

As a freshman: Had a strong first season with the Bulldogs in 2012-13 ... Competed in nine different events on the year ... Used mainly in the back events where he recorded top finishes at the MAAC Championships in the both the 100 and 200 ... Finished 27th in the 100 with a time of 54.88 and 21st in the 200 with a time of 1:57.59 ... Earned his first collegiate victory against URI in the 100 free with a time of 53.11.

Before Bryant: Active competitor within USA Swimming since age nine, including throughout high school ... Spent one year swimming for the Panthers, when he was named the team's rookie of the year ... Honor roll student.

Personal: The son of Bob and Gina Beauchemin, Robert Boyd Beauchemin was born Sept. 14, 1994 ... Has one sister, Julie.
