Bryant University

As a senior (2023)

• Competed in six events in 2023.
• Recorded a PR of 31:58.2 in the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regionals.
• Won the Vermont Fall Foliage Invitational 8k with a time of 25:37.4.
• Finished as a top 5 runner for the Bulldogs.

As a junior (2022)

• Finished 13th at the Nassaney Invite.
• Placed 67th at New Englands.
• PR of 25:29.3 in the 8k at the America East Championships.
• PR of 32:46.4 in the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Championships. 

As a sophomore (2021)

• Competed in all seven meets during fall 2021 season.
• Was Bryant's second place runner four times, including a 19th place overall at the NEC Championships (27:04.7).
• Set personal bests in the 5k at CCSU (15:23.8) and 8k at NEICAAA's (26:38.6).
• Named to NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a freshman (2020-21)

• Finished 39^th overall out of 60 runners in his NEC Championship (8K) debut with a time of 27:21.7.

Before Bryant

• A four-year varsity letterwinner in track & field at Shenendehowa High School under head coach Lance Jordan.
• Helped his 4x800 indoor relay team finish third in states in 2019.
• Qualified for the 2019 New Balance Nationals meet in the 4x800 for indoor track where the team finished 18th overall.
• Placed fifth overall in the outdoor 4x800 at states in 2019.
• Helped the outdoor 4x800 relay team qualify for the New Balance Nationals in 2019 where they finished 13th and eighth in the DMR.
• Qualified for the state and national meet for the 2020 indoor track season.
• Named junior class MVP in 2019 during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
• Finished first overall in the 1600m at the Section 2 Indoor Track Championship as a senior.
• Holds personal-bests in the 800m (1:55.3), 1000m (2:33.7), and mile (4:22.31).
• Earned the Green and White Award at his high school for maintaining 95% or above throughout his high school career.
• Member of FBLA and DECA .
• Member of the National Honor Society and Business Honor Society.
• Recipient of the "Shen Student" Cap Com Credit Union Scholarship. 

Personal

• Son of Karen and Peter Hickey.
• Has two brothers, Aidan and Liam.
• Mother, Karen, ran cross country at Siena College from 1984-88.
• Twin brother, Aidan, is a fellow member of the Bryant cross country/track & field program.
