Bryant University

As a junior (2024):

• Finished 12th overall with a time of 16:04.4 at the Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational
• Ran the 8K at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 26:59.8 placing 119th. 
• Came in 34th overall at the New England Championship with a time of 25:27.23
• Competed in the America East Championship finishing 51st with a time of 25:51.05 
• Ran in the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship finishing 151st with a time of 32:41.12 in the 10K.

As a sophomore (2023): 

• Competed in five meets.
• Finished 38th in the 8k at the Maine Pre-Conference Meet.
• Recorded a personal best time of 16:33.1 in the 5k at the Nassaney Invitational.
• Posted a PR at the NCAA Northeast Regionals with a time of 32:39.0 in the 10k.

As a freshman (2022): 

• Appeared in six meets.
• Finished 36th at the Nassaney Invitational.
• Placed 74th at New Englands.
• Top 8k time of 26:17.5 at the America East Championships, finishing 49th.
• Also competed at NCAA Northeast Regionals. 

Before Bryant: 

• Team captain, all-conference, all-state, and All-New England selection at Guilford High.
• Set school records in 4x800 and sprint medley relay.
• Helped cross country team to four straight division titles.

Personal: 

• Parents are Kim and Glenn Shiffrin.
• Has one sibling, Jacob.
