Bryant University

As a Senior (2025):

• Competed in seven events for the Black and Gold.
• Became the first Bryant student-athlete to qualify for the national cross country championships.
• Earned America East First Team All-Conference.
• Won the Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational alongside Chloe Whiting to start the season.
• Won the America East Cross Country Championships. Trott set a personal record in the 5k with a time of 17:02.6.
• Earned eighth place at the NCAA Northeast Regional, recorded a personal record in the 6k with a time of 20:13.7.
• Finished 55th in the Missouri Pre-National Invitational.
• Earned third place at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.

As a Junior (2024): 

• Won the 5k in the Nassaney Invitational with a time of 17:57:2, the only women’s runner to run under 18 minutes. 
• Earned America East Conference Female Performer of the Week twice. 
• Placed in second place at the New England Championships with a time of 17:13. 
• Finished 4th with a time of 17:41:89 in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational 5k. 
• Ran a time of 17:15:95 in the America East Championship 5k to finish in second place. 
• Recorded the best program finish in an NCAA Regional Championship for the Bulldogs in the women’s 6k with a time of 20:31:45. 
• Earned All-Region honors by the NCAA. 

As a Sophomore (2023)

• Competed in five events.
• Recorded PR's in last four events.
• Placed 6th at the Paul Short Run in the 6k (21:55.9) and America East Championships for the 5k (18:07.6).
• Finished 10th at the Nassaney Invitational 5k with a time of 18:21.4.
• Posted Top 100 finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional 6k with a time of 21:35.9.
• Named team runner of the year.
• Member of America East All-Academic Team.

As a Freshman (2022)

• Finished 28th at New Englands.
• Ran 18:22.1 and finished 23rd at the America East Championships.
• Ran 22:38.0 at the NCAA Northeast Regionals. 

Before Bryant:

• Champion in Yorkshire 3k and Northern Track 5k Championships in 2022.
• Ranked ninth among under-20 females in 5k in 2022.
• Set personal bests of 9:52 (3k) and 17:21 (5k).

Personal: 

• Daughter of Susan and Paul Trott... Has one sibling, Katie.
