Men's Swimming and Diving Team Close Out AE Championship With a Record.

LEXINGTON, VA – The Bryant University men's swimming and diving team continued its success at the America East Championships on Saturday. Highlights The Bulldogs concluded their America East campaign in third place with a score of 576.5, as Binghamton finished first and UMBC second.

Notes and Notables:

Conner Lofstrom secured a first-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 43.83, setting a school record in the process.
Leo Luna placed second in the Men's 1650 freestyle with a 15:29.69.
Griffin Lajoie finished third in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:47.09.
Aidan Trenery placed fourth in the men's 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:00.94.
Tim Andrews placed fourth in the men's 200-yard butterfly final, swimming a 1:48.54.
The men's 400-yard relay team struck gold on the final night of the championship, with standout performances from Conner Lofstrom, James Misto, Nick Andrews, and Nick Toepfer.

Next Up:
Some Bulldogs will compete at the CSCAA National Invite on March 13 in Florida.
