Annapolis, Md. -- The Bryant University men's tennis team dropped a pair of matches in Annapolis this weekend.

Bryant fell to Richmond, 4-3, on Friday and to Navy, 5-2, on Saturday.   

Richmond Recap

• Bryant won at No. 1 doubles but the Spiders grabbed the point with victories at No. 2 and No. 3.
• The Bulldogs were able to win at No. 1, No. 2 and No. 6 singles. Richmond, however, won the other three to clinch the match.
• Five of the six singles matches went to three sets. 
• Diego Serra Sparrow, Nick Lorenz and Andrew Pregel all won in three sets after dropping the first. 

Navy Recap

• Navy grabbed the doubles point with victories at the top two spots. Jean Christophe Baril and Marcus Macaulay won in a tiebreak at No. 3.
• Navy cloesd out the match with three-straight singles victories. 
• Grant Pertile and Pregel picked up Bryant's two points, winning at No. 4 and No. 5.
