The Bulldogs competed in the Mount Shootout

EMMITEBURG, MD. - The Bryant University women's bowling finished seventh at the Mount Shootout from Friday to Sunday (Feb. 7-9).

How It Happened
  • The Bulldogs went 2-3 on Friday, defeating Dominican and Delaware State by scores of 884-863 and 1,056-853.
  • Stephanie Kotorpoulos and Olivia Hillman led the way for the Black and Gold, tallying 192 and 190 in the first match against Dominican.
  • Bryant caught fire against the Hornets, with four Bulldogs scoring 200+ and the Bulldogs eclipsing the 1,000-point mark.
  • The Black and Gold recorded a record of 3-2 on Saturday. The Bulldogs defeated Holy Family (876-793), Mount St Mary's (1,088-1,039), and Saint Anselm College (1,037-868).
  • Maggie Thompson and Laura Clark tallied 199 points each in the Holy Family win. Jen Lyon tallied the highest score for the Bulldogs with a 254 in the victory versus the Mountaineers. Lyon followed that performance with a game-high 244 against Saint Anselm.
  •  Bryant defeated Merrimack 1,464-1,363 in the final match of the tournament. Rookie Madison Damer recorded a 244 in the match.
