BRYANT MEN'S BASKETBALL INCLUDED IN NEC TELEVISION PACKAGE
SMITHFIELD, R.I. - The Bryant University men's basketball team will make a pair of appearances on regional television this season as part of the Northeast Conference television package released this week.
The Bulldogs, beginning their second season of Division I competition under second-year coach Tim O'Shea, will appear on Fox College Sports (FCS) and Madison Square Garden TV (MSG) twice when the Bulldogs travel to Brooklyn, NY on December 5 for a NEC game against St. Francis (NY) at noon.
Fox College Sports and MSG will also carry the rematch when the two teams meet again on February 25th at the Chace Athletic Center at 7:30 pm.
Both games will also be carried live locally on Cox Sports-3 in Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut.
Bryant will also appear on the BIG-10 Network for the second year in a row when the Bulldogs travel to Indiana on Dec. 29 for a 9 pm (EST) game with the Hoosiers. Last year, Bryant made its debut on the BIG-10 Network when the Bulldogs took on the University of Iowa.
In addition, all home games will be streamed live on PackNet and available at www.bryantbulldogs.tv. Also, for the second-straight seasons, Bryant all home and select away men's basketball games will be carried live locally on WOON 1240 AM. Veteran sportscaster Jon Wallach of 98.5 FM The Sports Hub in Boston will return as the play-by-play voice of the Bryant basketball.
